WHAT SOME OF OUR PUPILS HAVE TO SAY

 

So far the course is very educational and easy to follow. I do have a background in kashrut, but have never koshered a kitchen before. And my husband, who has never kept a kosher kitchen, is excited about learning the details of kashrut as well. I look forward to the next chapters.

The material is first class.  The best and most comprehensive I have come across in a long while – I’ve been teaching kashruth to adults and beginners for some six or seven years now, and the course is like a beracha for me.

I AM REALLY VERY EXCITED ABOUT THIS PROJECT.  FINALLY, AFTER 32 YEARS OF RUNNING MY OWN KOSHER KITCHEN, I WILL BE LEARNING HALOCHOS THAT I’M SURE WILL HELP ME KEEP A REALLY KOSHER KITCHEN, I”H.

Thank you for such a wonderful class and the discussions and questions of the group help tremendously! I’m learning much more than I expected to (yay!) and hope to “catch up” and review again (I’m a bit behind in the readings) so I can post some questions, though by waiting I find most, if not all, have been answered.  :)
